Ernexa Therapeutics Inc., a preclinical-stage company, develops induces derived mesenchymal stem cells (iMSC) therapies for the treatment of treatment of cancer and autoimmune disease. It has a license agreement with Factor Bioscience Limited. The company was formerly known as Eterna Therapeutics Inc. and changed its name to Ernexa Therapeutics in March 2025. Ernexa Therapeutics Inc. was founded in 2018 and is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
