It is also involved in hosting and overseeing professional and non-professional bowling tournaments, and related broadcasting activities. The company was formerly known as Bowlero Corp. and changed its name to Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation in December 2024. Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Mechanicsville, Virginia.
